Terms of Service

These terms cover the website, the Phone Leak Report, and the paid Chock service. Questions: hello@chockyard.com.

The service

Chock is declined-work / DVI recovery and missed-call text-back for one independent auto repair shop. It is built for owner-operators with about 2–8 bays. It is not a general marketing agency and it is not a promise of more incoming calls.

Price: $497 per month, billed month to month. No setup fee. Cancel any time; you stop at the end of the month you are in. We take one shop per zip. If that zip is already spoken for, we will not sell you the service for that shop.

Phone Leak Report

If you submit the form, Dan Petreley (or someone he directs) will call your shop three times that week and send you the recordings at the mobile number you gave. Those calls are a sample of what a customer hears. They are not a paid audit product and they do not enroll you in the $497 service unless you later agree to pay.

The Full Bay Guarantee

First 30 days: unconditional. You can cancel and you do not owe for that first month if you say it is not working.

If we have not recovered 10 calls in 60 days, you sit work-free — you do not pay — until we hit that number. “Recovered call” means a missed call or declined-work follow-up that turns into a booked conversation or a scheduled job through the process we run for you. We count it in writing with you. We do not invent the number.

The guarantee assumes you give us the access we need (missed-call feed, DVI / declined-work list, permission to text as the shop). If you withhold that, the clock pauses.

Your shop's part

• You have the right to have us text and follow up as the shop
• You keep your customer list accurate enough to use
• You do not use Chock to spam, harass, or text people who asked you to stop
• You tell us if a customer replies STOP or disputes a message

Text messages (TCPA)

By checking the box and submitting your mobile number, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages from Chock Yard LLC at that number. Texts are about the Phone Leak Report and, if you hire us, about the service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

When we text your customers on your behalf, you are the shop they hear from. You are responsible for having a lawful relationship with those customers. We will honor STOP on any thread we send.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a revenue number, a bay-fill number, or a volume of new first-time callers. We promise the work described above and the Full Bay Guarantee. Past call studies (including the 281-shop Denver metro calls) describe those calls. They are not a prediction for your shop.

Payment

Invoices are due on the billing date we agree in writing. Failed payment can pause the service. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Chock Yard LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some states do not allow these limits. If you are in one of those states, some of this paragraph may not apply.

Site use

Do not scrape, attack, or misuse chockyard.com. All marks and copy on this site belong to Chock Yard LLC unless noted.

Colorado law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without a fight over whose law applies. Venue is the state or federal courts sitting in Arapahoe County or the District of Colorado, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes

If we change these terms, we post the new version here with a new date. For paying customers, a material change to the paid service will be sent to the email or mobile number we have on file.
